Wooden Cutlery Packs for Inflight Catering
Our disposable wooden cutlery packs are assembled for airline meal service, inflight catering and other large-volume foodservice operations. The knife, fork, spoon and stirrer are made from natural birch wood and finished with smooth edges for comfortable use. The wooden utensils are 100% biodegradable, compostable and plastic-free.
The pack is not limited to a fixed four-piece or seven-piece format. Your catering or procurement team can select the utensils and service items that match the menu, cabin service and packing process.
Choose What Goes Into Each Pack

- Spoon: 160 mm
- Coffee stirrer: 90 mm, 110 mm or 140 mm
Optional service items include:
- Napkin

- Other customer-specified meal-service items
The combinations shown in the gallery are examples. Items can be added, removed or replaced to suit the project.
Built Around the Meal, Not a Fixed Piece Count
A light meal may require only a fork and napkin, while a full meal service may need a knife, fork, spoon, napkin and condiments. Beverage service can use a separate wooden stirrer pack.
By selecting only the items needed for the service, buyers can keep the pack relevant to the menu and avoid ordering an unnecessary fixed configuration.
Example combinations:
- Wooden fork + napkin
- Wooden knife + fork + napkin
- Wooden knife + fork + spoon + napkin
- Wooden knife + fork + spoon + stirrer + napkin
- Wooden utensils + napkin + toothpick + wet wipe + condiments
Packaging and Branding
The cutlery can be supplied in individual packs or in bulk. Depending on the project, packaging options may include a paper bag, PLA bag, OPP bag. Paper napkins, wet tissues and salt and pepper sachets can be added as separate service components.
Customer artwork can be applied to the outer packaging. Branding on selected wooden utensils is also available subject to the logo design, production method and order quantity. Packaging materials and pack contents are confirmed before sampling.
